The CB&A Mentor Program is specifically designed to create great business habits for newly licensed real estate agents. Utilizing online and in-person training, individual and group coaching, accountability tools, and team activities, this program is designed to build world-class agents.
WHAT WE DO
- Starting with Launchpad, you will set up your business, begin building your brand, and start money-making activities in an environment designed to kick-start your new realestate business. From there, you will begin to build your knowledge, apply it, and startfeeling comfortable with the day-to-day activities that lead to success, all in a safespace guided by an experienced Mentor Agent.
- From the basics of setting up your systems and processes to lead generation to working with clients, contracts, and vendors, you will learn the art of real estate in our Know&Grow training classes.
- Each week you will also have face-to-face interaction with your Mentor that allows you to learn and experiment with the practical aspects of real estate. These sessions will also include accountability inspections to make sure you are doing the daily disciplines required of successful agents.
